This workshop will cover all the bases from start to finish with an emphasis on ways to assure the best idea possible based on your subject at hand. On day one we will explore many ideas and compositions from our photo references, followed by a small study of your best idea. On day two you will work on a larger canvas to reinforce and build upon your study. At the start of each day, I will demonstrate the ideas that you will be asked to incorporate in your work. Think of this workshop as a means of letting yourself explore, discover and make personal breakthroughs. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced painter, this workshop is for you. (Read more)
